FAQ

I'm not sure what to book, how do I choose?: If you have read over the service descriptions and still aren't quite sure, book a free consultation so we can talk through your hair goals together.
How do I find your suite?: My salon is located inside The Hive Salon Studios in Florence KY. You will pull into our private parking lot and head in through the front door. Take a left and follow the hallway around the corner then head straight forward. My suite #14
Can I bring someone to my appointment?: My space is small so I would rather you came solo. However, my goal is always to be accommodating if you have a special circumstance.
Do you do mens cuts?: All of my services are gender neutral. I offer new client transformational cuts and returning client maintenance cuts. Clipper work is not my specialty as I prefer to do short cuts with shears and razor cutting techniques.
Do you do kids cuts?: I currently offer children's haircuts (under 12) to returning clients only. If your child is over 12 please book a regular haircut service.
How much will my appointment cost?: My color services come with a haircut, treatment, and styling included so you don't have to stress about added costs while you're in my chair. Occasionally we will use extra product or take extra time (ex. you have extra long, thick hair) but those additions will be addressed in your consultation.
Should I book a consultation before a color appointment?: I always recommend a consultation before a vivid or creative color appointment. It gives us time to do any necessary strand testing and make a plan for your service and a pricing quote.
